Mr. Sapir attended California State University, Northridge and graduated with a BA in Political Science, and graduated from Southwestern Law School with Juris Doctorate degree. He is a member of the California Bar, the United States District Court Bar, the 9th Circuit Court of Appeal bar and the United States Supreme Court bar.
